Position Overview
Pinnacle Roofing is hiring a Job Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead roofing installation work in the Capital Region. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of replacement roofing systems while delivering an excellent customer experience.
This company services the following areas: Amsterdam, Albany, Utica, Clifton Park, Schenectady, and surrounding areas. Travel is required in this region.
Schedule
- Typical schedule varies by season
- Peak season (March–November): 50+ hours per week is common
- Off-season: 32–40 hours per week is common
- Overtime is regularly available and may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safety standards on the jobsite and while driving; ensure assistant installers follow safe work practices
- Oversee proper and safe installation of roofing systems
- Inspect every aspect of the installation before leaving the jobsite to help prevent callbacks
- Complete and review the Installation Excellence Form and obtain homeowner sign-off when the job is complete
- Explain the completed roofing system to the customer, including relevant components such as gutters, ventilation, downspouts, and insulation
- Ensure customers are fully satisfied with the completed work
- Maintain production levels as determined by management and the annual plan
- Train installation assistants to work independently and efficiently
- Maintain a neat, organized worksite and clean work vehicles at all times
- Protect the customer’s property, including floors, porches, yard, driveway, and street areas, using floor savers and drop cloths as needed
- Complete all installation paperwork and reporting accurately and on time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a job site supervisor, foreman, or manager in construction or a related industry
- At least 1 year of roofing industry experience
- Supervisory experience and/or experience managing subcontractors
- Experience working directly with clients preferred
- Experience operating handheld power tools preferred
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, ladder work, and tight-space work
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and carry at least 25 lbs consistently up to 250 feet unassisted
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week and up to 12 hours per day

- Typical annual compensation of $70,000–$90,000 with overtime
