Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at 56 Manor Street, Dublin 7. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality food, works well under pressure, and can own their section with confidence.

What you'll be doing

• Running your section efficiently during prep and service
• Preparing and plating dishes to a consistent standard
• Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
• Helping with stock rotation, prep lists, and ingredient control
• Supporting a smooth, fast-paced service while keeping standards high

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
• Confident working in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure
• A genuine interest in quality food and professional kitchen standards
