About the role
Pinnacle Roofing is hiring a Job Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead residential roof replacement projects in the Amsterdam area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in safe work, clean job sites, and a great homeowner experience.
What you'll do
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on active job sites
- Make safety the top priority for yourself and your team, on the job and while driving
- Inspect every part of the installation before leaving the job site to help prevent callbacks
- Use the Installation Excellence Form and obtain homeowner sign-off when the work is complete
- Explain the roofing system to homeowners, including gutters, ventilation, downspouts, and insulation
- Ensure every customer is satisfied with the finished work
- Maintain production levels as set by management and the annual plan
- Train installation assistants so they can work independently and efficiently
- Keep work areas, vehicles, and customer property neat and clean at all times
- Complete installation paperwork and reporting accurately and on time
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a job site supervisor, foreman, or manager in construction or a related building trade
- At least 1 year of roofing industry experience
- Supervisory experience, including managing subcontractors
- Experience working directly with clients preferred
- Experience using handheld power tools preferred
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, work on ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Ability to consistently lift 25 lbs and carry it up to 250 feet unassisted
- Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week and up to 12 hours per day
Work environment
- Indoor and outdoor work
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures
- Work at heights, including roofs and scaffolding
- Work around sharp tools, electricity, and other potentially hazardous conditions
- PPE and safety gear required
- Occasional noisy, bright, or cramped work conditions
Schedule
- Seasonal workload with hours varying by time of year
- Peak season (March-November): 50+ hours per week is common
- Rest of year: 32-40 hours per week is common

Compensation
$32-$40/hour + Overtime 1.5x. Typical compensation is $70,000-$90,000 depending on overtime.
