About the role

Join Nike’s retail team in Dundrum as a Retail Assistant (Athlete), supporting customers with a high-energy, service-led shopping experience.

What you’ll do

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service on the shop floor
• Help shoppers find the right footwear, apparel, and sports gear for their needs
• Maintain strong product presentation, merchandising, and store standards
• Support stock replenishment, fitting room operations, and general store tasks
• Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly during busy periods
• Be available for weekends and holidays as needed

What we’re looking for

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not essential
